Manta Rota has an award winning beach, lots of good restaurants and cafes, a peaceful resort out of the high season, you can take walks along the wooden boardwalks or go cycling. The other nearby towns of Monte Gordo, Cabanas and Tavira also have different other entertainments, selection of restaurants and shops, Casino and for those who are looking for traditionally Portuguese entertainments we can advise you about any local events or festivals. Transfer time from Faro Airport is 35-40 mins and we can book car hire on your behalf or an English speaking taxi driver, just let us know
