House 2 minutes from the beach of Manta Rota, is on the 2st line from the beach. This villa is close to the market, cafes and restaurants.
The house have: the ground floor has a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a small terrace with barbecue, shower and sink.
On the 1st floor the villa has 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is en suite and has a bath with shower, there is another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms.
On the top floor has a terrace with overlooking the sea.
The villa has parking space for one car.
Good house for holidays, you don´t need get the car during the holidays, is close to everything.

A casa é bastante agradável, espaçosa e luminosa. Tem um espaço traseiro de barbequeue e um chuveiro bastante jeitoso para depois da praia. A localização é ideal para ir à praia sem precisar de pegar no carro ou ir até ao centro da vila.
