The only bathroom includes a bathtub, providing moments of relaxation after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), microwave, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The property offers air conditioning for the hottest days and Wi-Fi to stay connected. It is located just 150 metres from Lota Beach, with stunning sea views. The area is ideal for families, with nearby supermarkets and an excellent location for exploring the region.

Strategically located, the apartment is a short distance from various points of interest. The Ria Formosa Natural Park is just 2 km away, golf courses such as Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei are nearby, and Faro airport is about 60 km away. For fun lovers, Aquashow is just 66 km away.
