General conditions


1-       If a client cancels a reservation and has already paid a deposit, we only return the deposit when we have another client for the same dates booked if you cancel a week or less before your holiday.  If for any reason Algarve Manta cancels your reservation for our responsibility your money will be returned.


2-       Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am. If you leave after 11am Algarve Manta reserves the right to deduct 50€ from your deposit.

(Algarve Manta appreciates your understanding, these timetables are necessary so that we can efficiently prepare the houses for the following clients)


3-       You must leave a deposit of 200 euros to cover possible damage or breakage and will be returned to the client when keys are returned providing there are no damages.


4-       Pets are allowed in only a small percentage of our houses, if you are thinking of bringing your pet please ask first Algarve Manta. If you do not inform us that you have brought a pet with you to your rental home Algarve manta reserves the right to take from your deposit 50€ to pay for a deep clean.


5-       Your reservation is only valid with a deposit of 30% of your total cost of the stay.


6-       The house is cleaned before you arrive and when you leave. During your stay there is no clean.

You can however request a mid stay clean for bookings between September and June there is a charge for this.


7-       If you leave before your booked departure day, Algarve manta will not refund the remaining days.


8-       Check ins between 9pm and 8am have an additional cost of 25€.


9-       If you leave dirty dishes, leave rubbish in the house e and sun umbrellas open we will take 25€ from the deposit.


10-   Each house and apartment has a limit of occupation. You should inform Algarve Manta of the number of people that will be in the house. If we find more people than allowed we will take 50€ per person from your deposit.
