Two-bedroom apartment located in a private condominium, just a few minutes' walk from Manta Rota Beach, ideal for relaxing holidays in the Algarve. Situated on the ground floor of the Rosa Triangles condominium, this property offers comfort, functionality and an excellent location.

The kitchen has a combined fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring all the conveniences for a practical and pleasant stay.
The living room and one of the bedrooms have direct access to a private west-facing terrace, perfect for outdoor family meals or leisure moments at the end of the day. There is also a second terrace at the entrance, facing east, ideal for enjoying tranquil mornings.
The apartment includes a private parking space within the condominium, shared barbecue area, access to Wi-Fi and MEO TV. The location is one of its major highlights, being about 200 metres from the beach and close to various amenities, such as cafés, restaurants, supermarket and ATM.
