The living area and kitchen lead out onto 2 patios, 1 of which faces east, with a barbecue, table and chairs, perfect for eating outdoors, and the other patio at the entrance with space to park 1 car.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
