With around 70m², the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the ground floor of an elegant condominium with a swimming pool called Rainhas do Mar. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall, two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed and another with three single beds, including a bunk bed —, an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals during the stay, including a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric jug, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living area and kitchen have direct access to two private patios. One of them faces east and features a barbecue, table and chairs, being ideal for outdoor meals or social moments. The other patio is located at the entrance of the apartment and provides space to park a vehicle.

Não exatamente vocês, infelizmente não controlam a utilização do espaço comum. Quase ninguém cumpria as regras de utilização da piscina (não levar comida, não jogar à bola, não usar bóias, colchões e afins). E o estacionamento fora dos lugares designsee more
