Não exatamente vocês, infelizmente não controlam a utilização do espaço comum. Quase ninguém cumpria as regras de utilização da piscina (não levar comida, não jogar à bola, não usar bóias, colchões e afins). E o estacionamento fora dos lugares designsee more

Facing the seafront, very close to Lota Beach (a 5 minute walk), come enjoy the sun and the sea in Manta Rota in this fantastic apartment.
Located in an elegant condominium with a swimming pool and 1 private parking space, this superb air-conditioned duplex apartment offers sea views from its 2 terraces and from every window.
Arriving on the 1st floor, you will discover the entrance to the apartment located on a terrace equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
On this same level, you will find a living room overlooking the pool and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a bathroom with a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine).
From the kitchen, you will access a second beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your meals and relax under the pergola while admiring the ocean. Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms with plenty of storage space, and a bathroom (walk-in shower) with a toilet.
Pets are not allowed.
