The owner of this unit needs to invest some money into maintaining items that don’t work. Reviews from 3 years ago mention that the sliding doors and shutters cannot be locked. This still has not been fixed and is a major security issue for a grounsee more
The owner of this unit needs to invest some money into maintaining items that don’t work. Reviews from 3 years ago mention that the sliding doors and shutters cannot be locked. This still has not been fixed and is a major security issue for a ground floor apartment. The TV cannot be powered on or off using the remote and requires you to use a tiny button on the back of the TV. One of the dining room chairs is broken. Windows over the tub are secured with a piece of wood. It would have been nice if I had been able to use the underground parking and the onsite pool. Also, contact from Algarve Manta to check if everything was okay would have been appreciated.

Regarding the access to the pool, there is a card inside a box at the entrance of the house to access it. Taking into account that you have expressed this issue to us, we will take it into account in future reservations, informing the client in advance.
