Located in an elegant Condominium with swimming pool and 1 private parking space, this
superb duplex and air-conditioned, allows you to admire the sea from its 2 terraces and
from every window.
Arriving on the 1st floor, you will discover the apartment entrance located on a
terrace equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower.
At this same level is a room overlooking the pool and sofa bed (2 people),
a bathroom with WC, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing
machine).
From the kitchen you will have access to another beautiful terrace that will allow you to have your
meals and relax under the pergola whilst admiring the ocean.
On the upper floor you will have 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage, a bathroom
(Italian shower) with WC.
Pets are not allowed
