Welcome to 5V4 by AlgarveManta, a modern and spacious house located in Manta Rota, just steps away from the sea, ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. With capacity for up to 8 people, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms - two with double beds (one of them en-suite) and two with two single beds - ensuring rest and privacy for everyone. In total, it offers 3 bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor and two on the first floor, both equipped with a whirlpool bath.
Distributed over two floors, the dwelling features a spacious living and dining room with TV and Wi-Fi on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, as well as direct access to a pleasant outdoor space. On the first floor are the bedrooms and access, through the main bedroom, to a generous west-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the end of the day.
The kitchen is one of the strong points of the house, being equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined fridge, oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare meals with comfort.
On the outside, the property features a patio that surrounds it on the south side, offering a perfect space for outdoor meals and leisure moments. Here you will find a private pool, barbecue, dishwasher, outdoor shower, sun loungers, table and chairs, creating the ideal environment to relax on hot days. The property is also equipped with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, as well as mosquito nets for greater comfort.
The location is exceptional, about 300 metres from Lota Beach and Manta Rota Beach, with easy access via wooden walkways. Welcome to 7V4 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge located in the heart of Manta Rota, ideal for providing an unforgettable holiday experience to families, couples or groups of friends. This V4 house with a private pool, situated on a quiet street and just about 800 metres from Manta Rota Beach (approximately 10 minutes walking), stands out for its excellent location, close to the village centre (about 200 metres), where you will find cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM and other amenities, as well as golf courses nearby.
With capacity for up to 8 adults, being able to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, the house has 4 comfortable rooms: three with double beds and one room with four individual bunk beds, ensuring a peaceful rest for everyone. Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped independent kitchen, pantry, a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the outside. On the first floor, there are three rooms with double beds, one of them en-suite with a shower base, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The en-suite room has a spacious east-facing balcony, while the remaining rooms share a west-facing balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The property also offers air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, MEO TV, iron, mosquito nets on the windows and a cosy fireplace for cooler days.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant private garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing and a covered area perfect for outdoor meals, equipped with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs, ideal for socialising moments. The property also includes two private parking spaces.
