Welcome to 8V4 by AlgarveManta, an ideal refuge for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Manta Rota, just minutes from the sea. This spacious 120m² house, located in a closed condominium with a shared swimming pool, offers comfort and functionality for up to 8 people, combining elegance, convenience and an excellent location.
Distributed across three floors and an attic, the house has four carefully decorated bedrooms: two with double beds (one of them en-suite with a hydromassage shower) and two with single beds, ensuring flexibility for different group configurations. In total, it has three complete bathrooms - one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a service bathroom - ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a TV, a dining room with seating for eight people, a service bathroom and an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing meals.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, there are two rooms with single beds, a service bathroom, and access to a pleasant terrace.
The outdoor spaces are a true highlight, with a patio equipped with a barbecue, dishwasher and shower, as well as balconies and garden furniture, ideal for outdoor socialising moments. The property also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking and access to the shared swimming pool of the condominium.
The location is exceptional, situated about 10 minutes walking distance from Manta Rota Beach and just 5 minutes from restaurants, cafés and supermarket, allowing you to enjoy all amenities without the need for long journeys.
