Beautiful semi-detached house with a private pool, located in a quiet area in Altura, about 18 minutes walk from the beach and just 2 minutes from cafés and the municipal market. This charming refuge, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends, combines comfort, functionality and tranquillity, providing a relaxing experience in the Algarve.
Composed of two floors and approximately 90 m², the property has a pleasant outdoor space that surrounds the house on one side, offering ample parking within the gates. Outside, a east-facing area stands out with a generous swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs — perfect for leisure and outdoor socialising moments.
On the ground floor, there is a welcoming entrance hall, pantry, living and dining room equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), washing machine and dishwasher, as well as other essential utensils.
