Accommodation V2 is just a 2-minute walk from Lota Beach, situated in a peaceful housing development of Beach Houses, in Manta Rota. This cosy accommodation of approximately 90m² is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay in the Algarve, near the sea.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a pantry, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and a bright living/dining room, with direct access to a magnificent west-facing garden. This outdoor space is equipped with a barbecue, sink, outdoor shower, table and chairs, being perfect for outdoor meals and moments of socialising in the Algarve sun.
On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, accommodating up to 4 people. On this floor, there is also a family bathroom with a bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for those who prefer to prepare meals at home.
The property also features air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
