V2 Two-storey dwelling located in the quiet Montesol urbanisation, in Manta Rota, approximately 1200–1500 metres from the beach (roughly 15 minutes on foot). Ideal for family holidays, couples or small groups of up to 4 people.
On the ground floor, the house has an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher), a comfortable and bright living/dining room, and a guest bathroom. Outside, there is a pleasant west-facing courtyard, featuring a garden, barbecue, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, table and chairs — perfect for outdoor meals and moments of leisure in the Algarve sun.
On the first floor, there are two welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, one of which has an east-facing balcony. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub.
The dwelling is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, ensuring greater comfort. It also includes free Wi-Fi, television and private parking within the gate for one vehicle, as well as easy street parking.
Located near cafés, restaurants, supermarket and cash machine, the property also offers easy access to golf courses.
One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors and groups of young people are not accepted.
