This spacious 120m² accommodation is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends seeking relaxing holidays by the sea, with capacity for 6 people.

It has 3 bathrooms — two with shower and one with a bathtub — ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the rooms also benefits from an east-facing balcony. In the attic, there is a terrace with the total area of the house and a fantastic sea view, perfect for enjoying the sunset or relaxing at the end of the day.
The interior of the dwelling was carefully designed to offer comfort and functionality. The fully equipped American kitchen includes a combined fridge, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Welcome to 14V3 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge in the stunning Manta Rota, located on the first line of the beach and just 30 metres from the sea. This V3 house, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends, offers comfort, privacy and a privileged location in the Algarve.
The property has two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, DELTA Q capsule coffee machine, electric jug, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. From the ground floor, access is provided to two patios: the front patio, facing north, with vehicle parking, and a south patio with a barbecue, sink, umbrella and ample space for moments of conviviality between family and friends.
