The living room and one of the bedrooms have access to a private west-facing terrace, with ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors.
There is a second terrace at the entrance, facing east.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
It is air-conditioned only in the living area, has a designated parking space within the condominium and a shared barbecue.

O Apartamento tem uma cozinha muito velha degradada. É visivel a degradação dos moveis junto ao chão. Andavam formigas por todo o lado. Ao ligarmos a maquina de lavar roupa tivemos uma inundação na cozinha porque os esgotos estavam entupidos. Demorarsee more
