There's room to park up to 2 cars inside the manual gate, facing east (at the entrance to the property).
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and the last with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite and the other with a bath shared by the other bedrooms. All the bedrooms have small balconies facing east and west.
