The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

This 2-storey property, situated in a quiet street, comprises:

There are two large patios, one facing south with a swimming pool at the entrance to the villa, as well as a barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. The second is accessed from the dining room and faces east.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (en suite) and the others with 2 single beds, respectively. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with a shower, and a second shared bathroom with a bath. The en suite bedroom has a south-facing balcony and the other bedrooms share an east-facing balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
