This spacious accommodation is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, offering 3 comfortable bedrooms with a total of 5 beds (one double and four single), ensuring a relaxing stay for all guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. From this area, there is access to a pleasant outdoor patio that surrounds the house, facing south and north, with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and family gatherings.
On the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The circulation area provides access to a generous west-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a vast selection of utensils. The accommodation also has air conditioning in all rooms, fibre Wi-Fi and MEO TV, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout the stay.
Located between 450 and 650 metres from Manta Rota Beach, the property benefits from an excellent location, with the village centre, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other services about 200 metres away.
