On the first floor, the dwelling has two additional bedrooms, both with double beds, and a family bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a generous west-facing terrace, ideal for sunbathing at the end of the day. In total, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with the possibility of an extra bed.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all essential utensils for preparing meals.
