Welcome to 42V3 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge located in Manta Rota, just 50 to 100 metres from Lota Beach, with direct access via a wooden pedestrian walkway. This semi-detached house with 3 floors and 120m² is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing experience in the Algarve.
The property accommodates up to 6 people, with three comfortable bedrooms and a versatile bed distribution, including a double bed and four single beds. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, with private bathrooms with corner showers, while the third bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have balconies with views facing East, West or North, and the attic offers an impressive terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living and dining room includes a television for entertainment moments and provides direct access to the outside.
The outdoor space is a true highlight, with a private pool area, sun loungers, barbecue, dishwasher, table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for outdoor meals and leisure. The property has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the same building.

A localização perto da praia é mais um ponto muito positivo.

Como já disse anteriormente as portadas. Mais um suporte para chapéu na zona da piscina. E com as casas ao lado, quando estas estiverem ocupadas não será muito agradável a utilização da churrasqueira.
