On the ground floor, the dwelling has an entrance hall, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, and a spacious living and dining room that opens to the outside. Outside, there is a large west-facing area, equipped with parasol, barbecue, sink, table and chairs for outdoor meals. At the entrance of the property, facing east, there is a pergola with private parking inside the gate.
