A avaria na máquina de lavar loiça e, acima de tudo, o estado de conservação da fechadura da porta principal da moradia são melhorias urgentes para um bom serviço ao cliente.

Depois de termos ficados sem acesso à moradia por bloqueio da fechadura, a uma hora tardia e com uma criança de 2 anos nos braços, ficámos a saber que a mesma fechadura já havia dado problemas e como tal devia ter sido reparada/substituída. A partir desse momento, por precaução e a conselho do técnico que debloqueou a porta, usámos apenas o trinco e nunca mais fechámos as trancas. |
