    Description

    Welcome to 6v4 by AlgarveManta, a charming refuge located in the stunning Manta Rota Beach, in the Algarve, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay by the sea. This luxury V4 house, set in a private condominium with swimming pool and parking, is located on the first beach line, just 50 to 200 metres from the sand, offering a privileged location with easy access to restaurants, cafés, supermarket and other services.

    With approximately 96 m² and distributed across three floors, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. On the ground floor, it features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances, including a combined fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and access to a pleasant private patio at the rear, facing north, with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs - perfect for outdoor meals.

    On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes and balconies facing north and south, as well as two bathrooms, one en-suite with a bathtub and another with a shower. The second floor has two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a single bed with a drawer, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In total, the house has four bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

    Air conditioning is provided throughout the house and Wi-Fi is available for greater convenience. Outside, in addition to the patio, guests can enjoy a balcony and garden furniture, creating the ideal environment for leisure moments.

    The location is perfect for beach, golf, and nature lovers, with proximity to courses such as Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei, as well as the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed indoors.
