Semi-detached villa on 2 floors, with an outside space surrounding the villa on one side, with ample space to park more than 1 car inside the gates. There is an area facing east, with a generous swimming pool, barbecue, table and chairs, sun loungers to make the most of your stay.
- Ground floor: entrance hall, storage room, living/dining room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO) and washing machine and dishwasher.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with twin beds, balconies in all of them, shared bathroom with bath.
Equipped with air conditioning and solar energy for hot water.
