    Description

    Enjoy the Algarve Sunshine from your south west facing sunny patio and private pool area or from your large private roof terrace.
    This fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom villa which is situated only a few minutes on foot to the Praia da Lota.
    It has a gated driveway to the front, enter into hallway where you will find a shower room, living room open plan to kitchen with breakfast bar, complete with all appliances.
    There is a large understairs store and sliding doors lead to pool, patio and BBQ area.
    On the first floor there are three double bedrooms one ensuite shower room and family bathroom. Upstairs you have a door which leads to the enormous roof terrace.
    There are numerous golf courses in the area, cycle ways, you can walk for KMs along the family friendly beach and Manta Rota is approx 5-10 mins walking where you will find restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Faro airport 40 mins.
