The property comprises 3 floors:
- Ground floor: a large open-plan living room with an equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 people, 1 toilet and access to 2 patios. One of these at the entrance with parking space for 1 car and the second, facing west, with a Jacuzzi, table and chairs, barbecue, perfect for spending your holidays outdoors.
- 1st floor: a second living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed and a second equipped kitchen that leads out onto a west-facing balcony.
- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The main kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
Access to WI-FI (Fibre Internet) and equipped with air conditioning.
The villa is located about 50 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.
