The outdoor space includes a covered area with an electric awning for outdoor meals, barbecue, table and chairs, as well as a private 6x3.5m west-facing swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers. There is also private parking for up to two vehicles inside the manual gate.

On the first floor, the dwelling has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two drawer beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite and another with a communal bathtub. All rooms have small balconies facing east and west, providing natural light and a pleasant view.

Both rooms have access to balconies, one facing west and the other facing east. On this floor, there is also a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring total convenience during the stay.
