- Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen and toilet. It has access to 2 patios, 1 of which has a parking space at the entrance, and the second, facing north, with a table and chairs, barbecue, and large space to enjoy family meals outdoors.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and one en suite with a hydromassage shower. There is a bathroom shared with the other bedrooms, with a bath. Both bedrooms have access to balconies, one larger facing south and the other smaller, to the north.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO), dishwasher and washing machine.
