The semi-detached V3 11V3 by AlgarveManta is located approximately 400 metres from Manta Rota Beach, offering the perfect refuge for families, couples or groups of friends who wish to enjoy the Algarve with comfort and privacy. With two floors, the property combines spacious areas, elegant decor and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious living and dining room that opens to the outside. The outdoor space includes a covered area with an electric awning for outdoor meals, barbecue, table and chairs, as well as a private 6x3.5m west-facing swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers. There is also private parking for up to two vehicles inside the manual gate.
On the first floor, the dwelling has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two drawer beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite and another with a communal bathtub. All rooms have small balconies facing east and west, providing natural light and a pleasant view.
The property features air conditioning in all environments, free Wi-Fi and NOS TV. The exterior, with a garden and barbecue area, is ideal for moments of socialising and leisure outdoors.
The location is excellent, allowing easy access to Manta Rota Beach and a variety of services and commerce, such as cafés, restaurants, supermarket and ATM just a few minutes' walk away.
Pets are not allowed and smoking within the property is not permitted, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Single-storey 3-bedroom house fully equipped and comfortable, located just a few steps from Praia da Lota and Praia da Manta Rota, ideal for families, couples, groups of friends or even business trips. Just about 50 to 250 metres from the sea and a few minutes from the village centre, it offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience.
The property, with approximately 110 m², comprises an entrance hall, three well-distributed bedrooms — two with double beds (one of them en suite with shower) and one with two single beds — and two complete bathrooms, both with shower. The living and dining room is welcoming and equipped with television, being perfect for moments of rest after a day at the beach.
