Welcome to 22V3 by AlgarveManta, a V3 house located in a condominium with a shared swimming pool, about 350 metres from Manta Rota Beach and with easy access to various local amenities, such as cafés, restaurants, supermarket and ATM. This spacious and fully equipped refuge is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay in the Algarve.
The property is developed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room and dining room in an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and access to a private North-facing patio, equipped with a barbecue, sink, outdoor shower, table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms, both with double beds, built-in wardrobes and balconies facing North and South. In the attic, there is a third bedroom, also with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In total, the house offers four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for up to six guests.
The kitchen includes a combined refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, electric jug, dishwasher and washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning throughout the area, Wi-Fi access and MEO TV, providing comfort and entertainment throughout the stay.
The outdoor spaces include a balcony and garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the weather and outdoor meals. The privileged location allows you to reach the beach in just 3 minutes on foot, and is also close to attractions such as Ria Formosa (1 km away) and several golf courses nearby. Faro airport is about 60 km away, facilitating access.

Single-storey 3-bedroom house fully equipped and comfortable, located just a few steps from Praia da Lota and Praia da Manta Rota, ideal for families, couples, groups of friends or even business trips. Just about 50 to 250 metres from the sea and a few minutes from the village centre, it offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience.
The property, with approximately 110 m², comprises an entrance hall, three well-distributed bedrooms — two with double beds (one of them en suite with shower) and one with two single beds — and two complete bathrooms, both with shower. The living and dining room is welcoming and equipped with television, being perfect for moments of rest after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a combined fridge, freezer, hob (electric or gas), oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all necessary utensils.
